Kid & Teen Activities

Our programs for kids and teens promote wellness grounded in the Y’s core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Workout Child Care

Beginning July 20, when you come to work out at the Y, consider bringing your children along for the fun that awaits them at Kids Stuff, the Y’s child care program. Children ages six weeks to 10 years can participate in age-appropriate activities in a safe environment—free for members.

Due to COVID-19, reservations are required and can be made online up to 24 hours in advance and up to 30 minutes prior to your child’s visit. Visit times are limited to 70 minutes per day, per child. For more details on what to expect for your child in Kids Stuff, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions, under “Kids and Teens”.
