Improve your stability, strength, and confidence in movement with our Building Better Balance class! This small group session focuses on exercises designed to enhance coordination, core strength, posture, and flexibility, all essential for maintaining balance and preventing falls.

Through a combination of strength training, functional movements, and targeted stability exercises, participants will work toward greater body awareness and control. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class provides a supportive and encouraging environment to help you move with ease and confidence in daily life.

Circuit Strength is a workout that involves a series of different exercises performed in a circuit format to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. The focus is on using various strength training movements that target multiple muscle groups, and it often includes exercises like bodyweight movements, resistance training, and cardio exercises. Participants rotate through different stations or exercises with short rest intervals in between, allowing them to work at different intensity levels and build strength and stamina.

Acupuncture can improve your overall wellbeing and is effective for various health challenges such as pain, anxiety, and depression, hormone regulation, and migraine therapy. Community Acupuncture is a model of delivering acupuncture treatments in a group setting. Unlike private acupuncture sessions, where treatment occurs one-on-one in a private room, community acupuncture takes place in a shared space, often with multiple reclining chairs or treatment tables arranged for comfort and privacy. *Due to additional supplies required, this service is priced at the 60-minute rate. However, the booking of the service will be a 30-minute appointment.

Moving with Parkinson's is designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease to enhance mobility, strength, and balance in a supportive and empowering environment. Using evidence-based exercises, participants will engage in movements that improve coordination, flexibility, and stability while addressing common symptoms of Parkinson’s, such as rigidity and tremors.

Led by a trained instructor, the class incorporates a mix of seated, standing, and walking exercises, along with modifications to suit all ability levels.
