Summer 2021 Lottery
Summer registration is handled through a Lottery process, giving all families an equal opportunity to register for a week of family camp. The deadline for entry into the Lottery is December 7, and our new Lottery registration process will begin on December 14.
Lottery Changes
This year the lottery will look a little different than previous years. We will not be calling families this year. Instead, all families who have entered the Family Camp Lottery will be sent an email in early December to inform them of the “registration wave” in which they have been randomly placed. The lottery will begin on December 14 and will last approximately one week. All families will register online when their wave begins using their specific registration link.
Signing up with other families
You may sign up to attend camp with up to two other families (either in shared or separate sites). Please have all families complete the online Lottery entry and include one email address as the main contact for the group. The main email address will receive the Lottery wave assigned for each family, but can join the earliest wave assigned to the group and book up to three sites. Shared payment options will need to be arranged by the families. Deposits of 10% for each site will be due upon registration.
Signing Up For Both Family Camps
During the lottery, you may sign up for a family camp session at either or both camp locations. If you would like more than one session at each location, we ask that you wait until the open registration date to add additional sessions. We want to provide opportunity for as many families as possible to attend family camp.
Open Registration
All spaces not reserved in the Lottery are available in our online registration system on a first-come, first-served basis on December 21, 2020. There is no deadline—you may register as long as sessions are open and available.
Deposits and Payments
All Lottery and Open Registration reservations require a 10% deposit payment at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be billed in four monthly installments on February 15, March 15, April 15 and May 15.
Scholarships
We believe everyone should experience camp, regardless of family income. Thanks to the generous support of donors in our annual Y Annual Fund, we are able to offer scholarships to campers who need a little extra help. Click here for more information.
Questions and Changes
In the event that your plans change prior to camp we are available to assist you. Change and cancellation requests will be made based upon availability. Requests must be in writing and can be submitted online.
Changes made to site reservations within one month of camp will be charged a $25 change fee.
