We are honored to celebrate our partnership with Constellation Fund and the meaningful community impact from our work together. The Constellation Fund truly helps us push what’s possible with our holistic community partnership and has helped fuel our incredible Forward for All Campaign efforts.
Since 2019, Constellation Fund has supported the YMCA’s Youth and Family Services with $325,000 to help us walk alongside our community with essential services so all can thrive. Specifically, their generosity enables us to support young adults at imminent risk of homelessness to help them maintain their housing and stability.
Across our Youth & Family Services programs, including our homelessness prevention services, we provide wrap around care to help young people and youth-led families access the full array of supports they need to increase their safety, stability and self-sufficiency. In 2020 alone, Youth and Family Services made over 5,000 outreach contacts and provided life-changing services. This impact would not have been possible without the grounding support of the Constellation Fund.
Opening Doors in our Community
The Constellation Fund’s partnership has directly supported over 200 youth—helping them avoid homelessness and gain access to the wrap around services they need to advance towards healthy, thriving adulthood. Particularly over the past year, support from partners like the Constellation Fund has been especially critical, as the youth and families in our community have seen so many additional challenges and barriers with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Their support changes the lives of young people in our community who are able to maintain a safe place to live as they overcome the barriers they face to stability.
