The YMCA Center for Youth Voice develops cause-driven leaders through programs and experiences that build civic skills, character and confidence.

Through the YMCA Center for Youth Voice, young people practice critical thinking, empathetic listening, constructive problem-solving, and collaboration across differences. When we equip them with the skills and confidence to navigate tough issues respectfully, we cultivate leaders who have both the drive and the tools to build a better future for everyone.
