We believe every student should experience Center for Youth Voice (CYV) conference programs, regardless of family income. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, we are able to offer financial assistance to families who need extra help. This should be completed prior to registering for any CYV programs.
Applying is easy and confidential
If you file taxes, you will need your most recent 1040 form to apply for financial assistance. If you don’t file taxes, please view our list of other income and financial support verification documents that we accept.
The initial application considers your annual income and the number of adults and dependents in your household. Financial aid is awarded based on your individual circumstances. Once you’ve submitted your application, you will hear back confirming the amount of your financial assistance award within 3-5 business days, and likely within 48 hours.

If your initial award does not meet your needs, please reach out to your Delegation Director with a request for an “exception.” They will work with CYV staff to determine what options are available. We will explore additional circumstances that should be considered, any unusual expenses or debts that affect your monthly budget as well as any financial changes that may have happened over the past few years.
If your child is committed to attending one of our programs, we are committed to getting them there.
If you would like to contribute to CYV and make it possible for more scholarships to be awarded, please navigate to our "Give" page.
