State or county assistance
Families receiving childcare assistance through the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) or another state, county, or third-party program, must provide their caseworker’s name, phone number, and case number at registration. If you receive assistance through CCAP, please contact your caseworker immediately to have them issue an Authorization of Service. If you receive third-party assistance outside of CCAP, please have your caseworker contact the Y so we can verify and process your benefits.
Registration requests are processed in the order received. Families are responsible for all program fees until assistance is approved and verified. Any required co-payments and charges not covered by an authorization remain the parent’s responsibility. Failure to maintain an active authorization or make required co-payments may result in termination of enrollment.
County assistance does not cover late registration fees, late payment fees, change fees, or late pick-up fees; these charges remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Multi-party Billing Agreements
In cases where multiple parties are making payments to a specific childcare account, the Y is not responsible for determining which party has the financial responsibility for specific weeks/days.
The Y is limited on what we can provide for multiple-party billing. Each party must be current with payment in order for child to continue in program.
A Multiple Party Agreement is required to be completed and signed by both parties. The only payment method offered in multiple-party payment accounts is automatic payment through a credit/debit card. Complete the Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization to set up automatic payment.
