It’s a new way to get exercise and lose weight. Dance it off! This class will teach you both Hip-Hop and Latin dance moves. You get a great workout while you learn new steps. This is a high-energy class and cardio workout. And you’ll sample a variety of dance styles.

  • Teens age 15+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult
  • See your doctor first and get clearance for cardio exercise

Typical Class

Class begins with warm-up and stretching exercises. Dance styles mix routines of cardio and strength. Class ends with cool down techniques.
