Small, daily choices are the building blocks for those positive emotions that make us feel good. In winter, when we may spend more time at home and indoors, how can we create a daily routine with plenty of positives?  We will discuss a variety of options, and demo a daily practice to build happy. Please come with your thought and questions! Your ‘real world’ experience will be valued by your fellow members, and will have plenty of time for discussion. Healthy Winter Eating

Let’s talk comfort food – foods that support our health in mind, body and spirit. We will review the basics of creating a nourishing plate that supports stable blood sugar, and discuss what ‘season eating’ looks like at this time of year. We can also share tips and tricks for a healthy holiday celebrations, and you will receive some delicious recipes. This session will be interesting for those who cook and home, and those who don’t!
